Additionally, if you are local to Baltimore, MD, crisis appointments are available at Sheppard Pratt “for patients who need to be evaluated on an urgent basis.” To access services, call 410-938-4357 between 8:15 AM and 4:30 PM Monday-Friday. The crisis suite is located in the Weinburg Building of the Towson Campus.

SOCIAL MEDIa policy Disclaimers + Online Interactions
The intention for using social media for therapists is for the sharing of information through blog posts, articles, inspirational photos, practice updates, advocacy, marketing, and providing content in a technologically expanding field. A therapeutic relationship is a professional relationship. A social media presence or following your therapist on social media is not to be confused with a relationship outside of therapy. Ethical, professional, and therapeutic boundaries must be followed and honored. For this reason, clinicians at Space Between Counseling Services do not accept “friend requests” from, or “follow” current or previous clients on social networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through personal accounts. Clients may choose to follow or not follow the postings of Space Between Counseling Services (ie. Space Between Counseling Services, @Space_Between_Counseling). Clinicians at SBCS will not follow clients via social networking. This can create confusion about whether it is being done as part of your treatment or for personal curiosity. This policy is enforced in order to maintain the confidentiality and respective privacy of both our clients and clinicians.
Additionally, the viewing of your online activities without your consent and without our explicit arrangement towards a specific purpose could potentially have a negative influence on our working relationship. If you wish to share online content that you have participated in creating with your therapist, please bring those to session with you where they can be shared and explored together.
Please do not contact any clinician at Space Between Counseling Services via chat or messaging on sites such as Facebook, Instagram. These methods are not secure, so we cannot guarantee your confidentiality and we may not respond in a timely manner.
Should you need help immediately, please contact us by telephone at 443-240-5207 or email Contact@SpaceBetweenCounselingServices.com. As a practice, we aim to respond to all phone calls and email inquiries within a 24-48 hour period. Email is to be utilized for mostly administrative purposes, rather than personal emails or emails that are of a time-sensitive nature (like rescheduling an appointment).
Please refrain from using wall postings, @replies or other means of engaging with any clinician at Space Between Counseling Services. By engaging with us in this way on public social media platforms, you could compromise your confidentiality.

Space Between Counseling Services, Susan Stork, LCPC, NCC + Associates is the sole owner of the information collected on the Space Between Counseling Services website. This site stores no information about its visitors, with the exceptions of basic logging for site statistics, and information provided by visitors who fill out online inquiry forms.
On certain pages, such as the the contact page, or the consultation request page, visitors have the option of providing their names, phone numbers, email addresses, consultation request dates and times. This information is not gathered without visitors knowing and providing active permission and participation.
This site does not display or make available visitors’ personal information to any person except the user himself or herself, except at the request of the user. This site does not retrieve personal information from the visitor’s computer that was not originally sent to us or by us.
